Build Green NM does not guarantee you will receive the NM Sustainable Building Tax Credit..  *I understand

A complete certification packet is due to Build Green NM before December 1st of the year you wish to have your project certified.  *I understand

There is a limited amount of tax credits available each year, first come first received. Credits not available in the year applied for will defer to the next year and so on. Credits may be used up well in advance of the ending date for the NM State Sustainable Building Tax Credits.  *I understand

There is a specific HERS Index (currently 60 or lower) required for the NM SBTC.  *I understand
